You have probably scene many off websites that promise a lot of hoop la and promise you the world, Well we cannot promise you the world but can Promise you, that we have designed a simple net-work that is always Free for the Sub Contractors that are seeking work for a Honest days Pay. We can also promise that there are no fees for one to register, set up your account and bid on projects as well as submit a bid to that Project. Sub Contractors need to bid work.  We Feel there should be a easy, Equal Playing Field for Sub Contractors to bid on all Construction Jobs, and here at WWW.ConstructionProjectPostings.Com  (CPP) we are Doing Just That. As a Unemployed Builder I know and have come to realize, just how expensive the bidding process is and how many jobs that I never was exposed to because of the expense of other websites and there fees. On CPP the only one that pays is the Project Postings Facilitator, Homeowners, General Contractor, Architects, Etc. The fees associated are little compared to the cost of plans and the printing of those plans to hand out to all of the Sub Contractors picking them up. so we have streamline this process.

A Project Poster Registers for free just as a Sub contractor would. after that they may upload a project for a low cost starting at $40.00 for ten pages  with job descriptions and plans all in PDF format, very easy and very fast. They also select what Job and Materials they need in the classifications section of the upload. (Example) If an owner is looking for a stone floor to be installed in his kitchen he would draw out a floor plan of his room and delineate the areas of work make note of materials he or she is wanting, copy into a PDF format upload the file and description select Flooring, Flooring installation material suppliers, once posted the matching Sub Contractor receives an instant E-mail notification for that Job Posting  Fast and easy Bid the job and hit submit and the project poster receives your information and proposal fast. It is a Sub Contractors dream come true & we Hope this is a new way for America to operate for future generations.
